ATTN: APARTMENT SEARCHERS...FROM MY OPINION, EMERALD PLACE APARTMENTS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY... I STAYED THERE FOR A YEAR, AND DID NOT LIKE IT. THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE WASNT VERY FRIENDLY... WHEN OUR CAR GOT STOLEN AND WAS REPORTED TO THE OFFICE, THEY ACTED AS IF THEY DIDNT CARE... SHOULDNT LANDLORDS SHOW THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS??? Do not rent from Emerald Place!!!! The office manager is no help at all, her name is Becky and she wont help you with any problems you have. I lived there for a year, and there were 5 robberies with in 4 months. The office didnt tell any of the tendents about the robberies, I had to find out from my neighbors. I asked the office many times what they were going to do to improve and keep the tendents safe from the robbers and they did very little. They got some rent a cop to drive around at night but I never saw him, nor was h... read more
