Mom is treated well, she is clean/bathed, and fed when necessary. The staff is always very accommodating and they seem to go the extra mile. It’s a relief to know that she is well cared for. My mother-in-law has been at Emerald Place in Glenview for 8 months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are truly incredible-caring, attentive, and dedicated to making sure residents feel safe and supported. We've had such a wonderful experience that I decided to move my own mother from Florida so she could join my mother-in-law here.
