Mom is treated well, she is clean/bathed, and fed when necessary. The staff is always very accommodating and they seem to go the extra mile. It’s a relief to know that she is well cared for. Thank you, Emerald Place.

My mother-in-law has been at Emerald Place in Glenview for 8 months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are truly incredible-caring, attentive, and dedicated to making sure residents feel safe and supported. We've had such a wonderful experience that I decided to move my own mother from Florida so she could join my mother-in-law here. I would like to commend the staff, nurses and caregivers of Emerald Place in Glenview on their warmth, care and empathy to not only those in their care, but also to their family members. It’s a beautiful and clean facility. They have a calendar each month of daily activities for the residents to keep their minds and bodies active. Each time I visited my mother at Emerald Place, I was greeted by a smile or even a hug. If staff saw me coming down the hallway to visit mom, they would come and tell me how her day was going.
