Mom is treated well, she is clean/bathed, and fed when necessary. The staff is always very accommodating and they seem to go the extra mile. It’s a relief to know that she is well cared for. Thank you, Emerald Place.

My mother-in-law has been at Emerald Place in Glenview for 8 months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are truly incredible-caring, attentive, and dedicated to making sure residents feel safe and supported. I would like to commend the staff, nurses and caregivers of Emerald Place in Glenview on their warmth, care and empathy to not only those in their care, but also to their family members. It’s a beautiful and clean facility. They have a calendar each month of daily activities for the residents to keep their minds and bodies active. Each time I visited my mother at Emerald Place, I was greeted by a smile or even a hug. If staff saw me coming down the hallway to visit mom, they would come and tell me how her day was going. Emerald place was wonderful to my father. We moved him there after 3 years of home health hospice. It was a difficult transition for my mother who was his primary caregiver. Sue was so kind and accommodating to her. She understood this was a big move for us also. She helped make the move so much easier for the entire family.
