Jordyn was great to work with when leasing an apartment here. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and she was always very patient and helpful. As well, the other leasing agents onsite are super nice and accommodating.
I really loved my two years living here, despite the fact my kitchen cabinets were falling apart, my appliances were so old my fridge handle literally snapped off from me opening the door, and my electric bill was insanely high despite not having air conditioning. Jordyn Johnson was absolutely incredible from the moment I met her for a tour and continues to be amazing as she checks in on me now that I’ve moved into my beautiful apartment. She followed up with me regarding any questions I had in such a timely manner. My moving experience genuinely could not have been smoother. The community is clean, beautiful, and upgraded. The neighbors are friendly. And the pool is the icing on the cake!
I toured many places before deciding on Emerald Place. Personally, the location is convenient. I was able to get a renovated unit, which was definitely something I was looking for. I was a little nervous after reading a few of the reviews regarding the new management team, but that was something the leasing agent I worked with disclosed pretty early on in our conversation.
