I’ve had a disappointing lease renewal experience with Emerald Place Apartments. I reached out multiple times—by visiting the office, emailing info.emeraldplace@mgproperties.com, and even escalating the issue to residentrelations@mgproperties.com. The new management from MG Properties has completely ruined what was once a great place to live. Compared to the previous management, this team is unfriendly, worthless, lazy, and unprofessional. Rude Leasing Office Staff: The senior leasing office lady is extremely rude and clearly doesn’t care about residents. It’s obvious she doesn’t enjoy her job, and it shows in her attitude. I recently visited Emerald Place Apartments to view a 2 bed, 2 bath unit that was on special. I filled out a paper application and was required to submit a deposit before my approval. I was assured that I would hear back in two days. However, eight days passed with multiple calls before I finally received the approval. This delay caused me to pay an additional 8 days of rent at my current residence due to the timing of my 30-day notice. Recently moved away but my time here was short of amazing. All of the staff were amazing and made me and dog feel very taken care of and they genuinely take an interest in how people are doing beyond just "business". The amenities like the gym, sauna, racquetball court, and swimming pool are fun. The complex also has a lot of trees and grass and places for you to walk your dog and they are very dog friendly.
