I love going through the trash here and screaming at 2am every night. Property management (MG Properties) is incredible incompetent and their "courtesy patrol" mall cops are never around. Neighbors are tweakers too who get the cops called on them weekly for fighting. There is no parking enforcement and people park everyday in the "fire lanes." Neighborhood is nice. Rent is horrible. Lock your vehicle. Parking lot unsafe. No one in the office can help you will anything. Horrible company. They never email or confirm anything. Go to Sherwood.
Have lived here for years and I know that the recent switch in management might have required some adjusting but my encounters with the new team have only been professional and pleasant. I want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team in particular namely Martin, Jake, Armando, and Josh for their patience and communication while handling issues that were time-consuming (broken appliances and parts needing to be ordered/replaced). This place is wonderful! The management and maintenance team were so wonderful and helpful. Jake was so wonderful and kind when explaining the maintenance procedures for our maintenance request and Jessica and the whole management staff was so understanding and helpful when I had a concern!
