I was charged $75 for touch-up paint for a crack in an existing thick paint layer above the heater, and $38.50 to remove a 3M easy-peel protective film I had put on the countertop to protect it. The bigger problem was billing. My carport charges were apparently duplicated, with both $35 and $50 charges appearing on my ledger. They have selfishly made 90% of the parking lot covered parking and charge for that in order to squeeze every last drop out of their residents. Leaving hundreds of empty spaces but never anywhere to park
I recently moved here cross country sight unseen. It was a very tricky situation but luckily Jordyn was here to help out! She and the team made it very easy and the apartment is great! The property is in pristine condition and the residents are friendly. Jordyn went above and beyond to make the move in process easy. She even went as far as sending measurements of the rooms so I could plan for the furniture needed. Great amenities and great communication with the leasing office!
I stayed here for 3 years from 2021 to 2024 before my transfer to Finland, fantastic place with good neighborhood, very close to Tanasbourne complex. Nicely maintained apartments but highly overpriced.
