I am an owner/operator of a food truck. I was two times (just recently) to come on the property and serve the nice people at the Emerald Place Apartments. I spoke with the Asst Manager and she said both times was a good idea. Both times, not one email prior to me coming to serve was sent out to the residents. The first time was a last minutes schedule but still had three days to inform the residents. The second time, no email was sent out. I highly recommend taking a look at Emerald Place! Their leasing agents and maintenance crew are great, the finishes are so pretty and they take good care of the grounds. The amenities are awesome, nice pool, Amazon Hub lockers & not to mention they have a sauna !
Jordyn was great to work with when leasing an apartment here. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and she was always very patient and helpful. As well, the other leasing agents onsite are super nice and accommodating.
