The representative at main office is not at all co-operative, they behavior is very rude. My experience came when i was booking clubroom and though i have a reservation she is creating unnecessary race between the tenants for booking the clubroom on same dates with very unclear instructions. So the representative at main needs a change definitely

My family and I are new to Oregon, and have been looking for a place to live. Based on a friends recommendation, we scheduled a tour here to look at the property and see the different apartments. We were not disappointed! Its a lovely property. We toured with a woman named Khiabeth, and she was incredibly kind to my family and I.
I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Ever since the new management company took over, my experience has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been kind and helpful. On rare occasions I’ve found the office closed, but they always post a return time and it has been accurate in my experience. My emails are answered in a timely manner, which I really appreciate! I agree with other reviewers that MG Properties has completely driven this place into the ground. We have been filing noise complaints for two months now and have not received any response. Management is nowhere to be found and the office appears to be perpetually closed. Trying to reach them by phone will only take you to a useless AI assistant or an outsourced call center (if you're lucky).
