Don’t let the 'Maggie' replies fool you; she’s not a real person. It’s just a AI bot trying to save face. Meanwhile, the actual management is nowhere. All emails literally go to blackhole. The amenities are tanking—I’ve seen kids regularly playing baseball inside the fitness center while their uncivilized parents do nothing. Reached out to Resident Relations multiple times and got zeroed out. Total radio silence.
The representative at main office is not at all co-operative, they behavior is very rude. My experience came when i was booking clubroom and though i have a reservation she is creating unnecessary race between the tenants for booking the clubroom on same dates with very unclear instructions. So the representative at main needs a change definitely
I had an amazing experience touring Emerald Place Apartments! From the moment I arrived, Khiabeth was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. My family and I are new to Oregon, and have been looking for a place to live. Based on a friends recommendation, we scheduled a tour here to look at the property and see the different apartments. We were not disappointed! Its a lovely property. We toured with a woman named Khiabeth, and she was incredibly kind to my family and I.
I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Ever since the new management company took over, my experience has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been kind and helpful. On rare occasions I’ve found the office closed, but they always post a return time and it has been accurate in my experience. My emails are answered in a timely manner, which I really appreciate!
