I just recently signed my lease, so my review only describes my leasing experience, as I haven't lived here long enough to give a full review of the living experience. But so far, it has been a very seamless experience. Leasing agent Jordyn assisted me from the start when I wanted to tour multiple units until the very end when I signed my lease. Jordyn is the best! Parking is the worst. Nothing like walking 15 minutes from your home with hot food in the winter. Walls are thin. Plumbing is loud. It looks modern but the guts our severly outdated and its priced the same as much nicer apartments. Overall not too bad if you're out of other options or its a like a year stay.
Had my bike stolen a few miles from here and my precise tracker showed it in one of the residents garages here for a few hours while they figured out how to steal the battery and then dump the bike on a trail nearby after I disabled the motor remotely
A big thank you to maintenance technicians Armado and Jazz for doing an amazing job in our apartment today! We really appreciate your hard work and attention to detail!
