Our three children have been going to see Dr. Plachta their entire lives. She is phenomenal, an advocate for children, and has a great, down to earth, perspective.

Both of my sons have seen Dr. Plachta since birth. We selected her based on a meet and greet at the practice, and have been very happy since. She is attentive and personable, but more importantly knows what she is doing. We’ve had to take the kids in many, many times (thanks, daycare), and I am always happiest when we happen to get a sick visit with Dr. Plachta. Both of the boys love her too, which makes visits easy. Dr. Plachta has been our son’s pediatrician for more than 19 years. She is caring and compassionate, as well as very thorough with our son’s health. She is a huge resource and advocate for our son’s special needs healthcare and has been a valuable resource when recommending/coordinating specialists. We are so grateful to have Dr. Plachta in our children’s lives. We met her in the hospital when our first child was born early, and now have three children who are her patients. It’s worth noting that while visiting Dr. Plachta’s office, we ran into one of the nurses who delivered our babies: she’d brought her own children to be patients of Dr. Plachta.
