5/2023 update: RUN. Save yourself headache and stress with all the repairs you will need and constant back and forth on getting Lennar to fix their mistakes. HVAC issues, electrical incorrectly done and they will have the same people come out and tell you everything is fine when it clearly is not. Homes look beautiful, not great finishing touches/lots of issues. We have been in our home 2 months and have seen the repair people more than family. Beautiful views from most lots in this neighborhood. Homes are all good sizes with mostly open floor plans on larger lots. It is gated and an HOA community. Quiet community with a walking trail.
