Emerald Park Villas We had a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment which is spacious and very well kept up. There's a nice little fitness room with a couple treadmills and elliptical's which is nice if you like to get a simple workout in during you're free time. The plow service they hire does a great job at keeping the apartment roads plowed, so you usually have an easy time getting out when going to work in the morning. Rent increases certainly are a reality when renting an apartment. We offer our residents two year renewal options so that they can lock in their rental rate for two years at a time and avoid yearly rent increases. Without rent increases we wouldn't be able to pay for the ever increasing operating expenses at the property. Our property taxes, insurance, maintenance, and other expenses go up every year just like your rent.
Insane rent increases. In need of updating! What I hear from everyone moving out is good luck on getting your security deposit back. Let's not forget the never ending flood issue here. Careful where you park, and don't drive thru the water. Emerald Park continues to ignore this ongoing issue. Maintenance crew is horrible. Instead of fixing things the right way they fix them as cheap as possible. They will be back constantly for repairs. Professional landscaping crew was just go, and now they hire the a temp agency. Emerald park villas Our apartment is amazing! We found it here on apartments.com and wouldn't pick anywhere else to live. Lots of space and home.I love that I can have my kitties as well.
Quiet and spacious I have lived at this apartment for 6 years and love it. The walls are really thick, we rarely even know our neighbors are around. There is a ton of storage, name brand appliances that are reliable, maintenance comes promptly and we love having a garage! My family of four has never felt crowded, the floor plan is nice. I'd recommend it to anyone!
Very nice apartment! I had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with attached garage on the lake. What a wonderful home it made for me! The lake is so beautiful and peaceful, not to mention the fireplace being a nice touch. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Once I had to call about the garbage disposal and it was replaced the next day. I would definitely recommend this location.
Great Neighborhood Thanks to the neighborhood, I lived here for four years. Very few maintenance issues. Difficult to contact office after hours/weekends. I would consider moving back if I could afford it again.
Awesome apartments! These apartments are lovely! Very nice outside community as well as the upkeep of the apartments.
