Bad for Asthmatics Overall, I found Emerald Park to be a nice place for me and my family to live … until it wasn’t. The staff at the desk was friendly, maintenance is reasonably responsive, the grounds are maintained and cleaned, and the pool is nice. The primary problem is that the apartment became unlivable for us. It is impossible to block odors from entering the apartment. The fact that our master bath frequently smelled like fish wasn’t that big of a deal. When a heavy smoker moved adjacent it became unlivable due... read more
