Decent place but they will nickel and dime you, constantly increase your rent, screw you out of your deposit and not have any loyalty to long term tenants. They spend money on improvements that really dont do much for the tenants. The new AC units are mediocre at best. They force you into using only their internet provider, which is the worst ive ever had, and not the cheapest either. They installed sprinklers that face partially onto the sidewalks so they just spray you or your car with dirty water as you walk by. They need... read more
