Maintenance was right on it when my disposal was leaking. He was in and out quickly without inconveniencing me.
Thought it would be a nice area but mutiple instance of theft have happen out here within the last 8 months.. a bike was stolen still not found a car was stolen but found I know multiple times cars have been broken into with things suck as paystubs , change, receipts even a jump box seems like no attempts are made to protect our property out here and with rent being 1,200 plus the littlest they could do is make sure we have some type of security out here especially from 12am-6am

Andre was professional, answered all of my questions and more. He was also courteous and kind.
They keep the grounds at the complex, looking immaculate most of the time until you get around the maintenance shed or if you’re looking off my back porch this is my view
