Emerald Management is the worst. My sister owns a condo on one of their properties. They removed her backdeck stairs, she cannot access her 2nd door due to the refrigerator literally jammed up against the jamb, this new gate on sundeck is screwed down, & there's no way to open it. We found the information via Google ~~~agerage 2-3 to gtfo after fire alarm sounds! GOD FORBID! Worst customer service.
I wouldn't know where to begin on how poorly this company does business.
Just don't hire. Worst management company. They hover then take over your community. They seem to forget that we hired them to manage our property not rule it!! Extremely poorly run business.
Shockingly incompetent. Imagine the worst possible customer service: rude, combative, negligent. Well it's worse than that. Trying to sell my grandmother's condo but have lost two buyers because they refuse to provide a budget which lenders require to finance. You can complain but unfortunately your response might be something like: " I will no longer deal with you.
