Emerald Management is the worst. My sister owns a condo on one of their properties. They removed her backdeck stairs, she cannot access her 2nd door due to the refrigerator literally jammed up against the jamb, this new gate on sundeck is screwed down, & there's no way to open it. We found the information via Google ~~~agerage 2-3 to gtfo after fire alarm sounds! GOD FORBID! If a fire occurred she'd need to find her beloved furbaby, add her cane, on painfully inflamed knees, hoping & praying! Emerald management replied.... w... read more
Worst customer service.
I wouldn't know where to begin on how poorly this company does business.
Just don't hire. Worst management company. They hover then take over your community. They seem to forget that we hired them to manage our property not rule it!! Extremely poorly run business.
