Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. I lockout of my house Emerald Lock & Key Shop was there on time and was able to open the door in about ten minutes without having to use a drill. His fee was the flat rate of $79 as quoted on the phone. Given the prompt and professional service, I was impressed and will likely use them again to fix a deadbolt lock that needs to be remounted. Emerald Lock & Key Shop get the service done.
Called Emerald Lock & Key Shop early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. Mike return my called within minutes and was by the locked car within 15 minutes of our initial call. He got the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. I was on my way to worked at the normal time and Mike couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I would trust him with any job and highly recommend him to others.
