I paid $210 for my lash extensions and within 4 days they started falling out, leaving my lashes uneven and patchy. I reached out immediately expecting the issue to be corrected, but I was told I would have to wait 8 more days before they could even take a look—meaning I would be walking around with lashes that look like this for almost two weeks.
