Charli, Eddie and the Emerald Staff are extremely honest and lovely to deal with. They created a stunning ruby/diamond ring for me. They also gave honest guidance re: selling some unwanted gold. Charlie and his team are as personable and informative as anyone I've met in the Jewelry business. Their products are top quality, and they can basically customize anything. I've referred 4 of my close friends and colleagues for engagement rings and gifts so far and everyone couldn't say enough great things about how happy they were with the product and their experience overall. "Charlie is the man" seems to be a common theme, they must be doing something right!
