I had such a great experience with Emerald Jewelers! I’ve gone to a handful of jewelers trying to get my radiant diamond reset in a bezel cathedral setting but either they didn’t seem able to do it or they were charging way too much. The moment I spoke to Charlie, I felt confident that he would be able to achieve exactly what I wanted and for such a good price. And not to talk about how fast he had my ring finished! After reading wonderful reviews about repairs at Emerald Jewelers, I was excited to give them a try. I had a charm bracelet I’ve been looking to put together- I had all the charms and the chain but I needed a skilled jeweler to attach everything and ensure it was secure. I recently needed a repair of a very old, very special ring which was given to me by a much loved family member who is no longer with us. Outstanding same-day diamond setting and amazing service! I’m so impressed with the quality and speed of service here! Charly and Emerald jewelers was recommended to me by a friend when my wife and I were looking for wedding bands and boy was it quite the recommendation! Charly worked with us and helped us pick the most beautiful bands. Very refreshing to do business with an establishment that works closely with the customers and honestly cares.
