Mary was so nice and did a fantastic job sizing and restoring a family ring! Her custom work was absolutely stunning and we will most certainly be coming back for future pieces! She left the orignal owner in tears when she saw her ring brought back to life and couldnt stop talking about how great of a job they did. I couldnt have asked for anything more!
I had a great experience with Mary at Emerald and Ivy. She reworked an heirloom piece of jewelry I had into something I will actually wear! It's so beautiful. I will definitely work with her again!
My experience at Emerald and Ivy was amazing! Mary is wonderful! I am very indecisive and she was so patient with me while picking my permanent bracelets and charms! I was able to make my bracelets sentimental by choosing charms to represent my parents who passed away in 2022. I will absolutely be back to get more jewelry in the future and I have told all of my friends about the bracelets. Amazing experience!!
Great jewelry amazing people
I went to Emerald and Ivy to get my permanent bracelet from another store fixed, but she did me one better! I ended up with 2 bracelets for almost half the price of my original bracelet! And she salvaged my original charm I had, and put it on one of her chains. I was so grateful for that! 10/10 recommend and definitely plan to return.
