I write this with great regret as I was really wanting to find a small family-owned business to provide quality service for my home. Unfortunately, after giving a second and third chance it was just too much to ask for. There is no quality in the service provided. The cleaning teams are all about speed which allows them to greatly fail in providing a service that a consumer is paying for.
