Very detailed and knowledgeable. I’ve used Dan for two home purchases and tried a realtor recommended inspector on another. His reports stood out in detail and information provided. Because of one of the reports I walked on a house that would have been a huge money pit. I work in the construction industry and he found items I completely missed. Overall highly recommend.

Dan is a true gem! He did such a thorough inspection and made it actually interesting to hear about all the repairs that were needed on the house. He broke things down in a way that I could understand which was super helpful in order to not feel overwhelmed. His report was sent to me in a timely manner and was extremely thorough with photos and comments for each section of the house. I am very grateful to have worked with Dan and highly recommend him to anyone in the greater Portland area.
We have used Dan twice now and he did home inspections for my sister in her purchase as well. Just about to call and schedule to have him come out again! Excellent job all around. He gives you a great notebook with pictures and a section on what you should do to repair things as well as general maintenance information. Hes seen it all and gives excellent advice.
