No puede ser posible que me manden a collector por 50 qué segun les debo cuando yo hiba a la citas pagaba al momentoporqie eso era el copay. Y cuando ya no regrese me mandan a cobrar yo no los recomiendo porque me cobran algo que no he usado y todavía me mandan a collection.

My experience with this PCP office has been extremely frustrating. From the beginning, I was treated poorly, which already set a negative tone. Although the boss’s partner did eventually reach out and helped improve the situation temporarily, the overall issues with this office remain unresolved.
