I am actually so shocked by these reviews. I've had nothing but a great experience here. Yes the fees suck, but people have to pay for notes at all medical centers, so this is normal? ... staff is always friendly. Today there was 1 nurse working the evening-- I had to wait which sucked. But it was no more then 15 mins. She was nice, maybe under staffed in the evenings? ... i love their extended hours to support the community. I saw construction workers there's at 630 PM today. The worst receptionist ever.Have been calling from the morning until evening around 7 times, still saying to be on hold for a moment!!
Should have listened to the reviews... looking for a family doctor. Saw that Dr Jacobs is accepting new patients. So I booked with her for 11am today. ( after holding the phone for 45 min to get this appointment) Drove 2 hours to get here. Now they are telling me my appointment is at 11.30 with a completely different doctor that wasn't even on the list online of available doctos. I canceled my appointment today and I'm now on a wait list for sometimes in October to see Dr Jacobs ( hopefully). Lol. I might just look elsewhere... read more
