Deceptive "Walk-In" claims and disorganized scheduling—Warning to others This clinic and its sister location (Millennium) heavily market public walk-in services, but they use hidden corporate rules to systematically turn people away. I have been turned away twice now. The first time, I brought my 3-year-old child and was told they reached a hidden "daily quota" and to drive to their other location—who then told us the exact same thing- even while the clinic would be open for 4 more hours. Dr Baleed was fully aware of my history when I met with him for the first visit. Very warm and friendly. Quick to deal with any issues. One of the better Family Doctors I've had. Appointments are easy to book on line.
Excellent doctors, Dr Joesph Sogi is efficient to get all tests and medications immediately to find any issues with health. Promptly returned calls when results came back. Kind and personable. Appreciate the time taken to answer questions.
After waiting for them to open, we were informed that they decided last night that unless your family dr is in their clinic that they wouldn’t see any walk ins. Very annoying that they didn’t do any updates or information before rolling out the new policy. We chose this clinic for walk ins because we like the drs there, when we’re not able to see our family dr.
