Shout-out to the owner and clinic manager—despite multiple calls and visits, there has been no noticeable improvement in service quality. The front desk staff would benefit from better training in communication etiquette, especially in tone of voice and providing clear, accurate information to clients.
Dr Kazeem Abijo has been amazing to me since I began to see him as my family doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and makes me feel comfortable. The staff at the front desk are amazing, very professional, always all of them diligent and willing to help you, not just making appointments, getting all the vitals for the doctors in a way that shows kindness and caring mostly to every one.
