Went in looking for a new doctor. Set up an appointment online. When I arrived I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes past my appointment time and decided to leave unseen. Another thing worth mentioning is the two receptionists spoke to each other in a different language while I was being seen at the front desk which I thought was rude. Do not recommend.
I rarely leave reviews, but after the experience we’ve had with the millenium MD Center clinic, I feel like people should know what to expect as both those clinics are related and got the same response from both when tried to complain. In the span of one week, we were made to go back to the clinic five separate times, not for actual medical appointments but just for paperwork and forms. Absolutely do not waste you time coming to this clinic! AVOID🚩‼️ My first appointment I was missed diagnosed. The next day they had called me to come back in when I had called about my concerns, when I had came in a hour later they had turned me away has the doctor was leaving. These doctors have gone through YEARS of schooling and aren’t able to identify a medical issue. DR Jacob’s does not listen to concerns nor is very professional. I have never experienced such horrific bed side manner and disregard for professionalism as I did when I attended this clinic for a meet and greet. I told the doctor I was newly pregnant and a little bit anxious. She did not give me advice , provide me with information or even discuss the process/next steps. Instead, she got angry with me when I asked questions and when I raised my concerns, and she demanded I book another appointment for a “physical” in order to receive bloodwork or discuss these things further.
