When I walked in the door I was unimpressed and when we left I was impressed and Mary has been checking in and going above and beyond. And I appreciate it!!
They need to make sure the patients are getting fresh cold ice water more than 2xaday.
Horrible care. Physical Therapy was decent and a very small handful of nurses. My uncle was there for 5 weeks we asked every single day for 3 weeks to have his nails trimmed. Fell multiple times, hurt himself multiple times. Because every time he rang the buzzer needing help nobody came. And I don't mean for minutes I mean prolonged period of time. Found a blue pill in his bed scanned it through my Google Lens it was a medication that he doesn't even take. The nurse I guess she's the manager there I don't know she's horrible... read more
