I worked with AJ to close on my first FL panhandle property after corresponding for about a year ahead of time. She was friendly and very thorough with the inspections/walkthroughs, which gave me a lot of peace of mind as an out of state buyer. I look forward to working with her more on rental properties.
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us sell our home in Navarre. Andrew Iremonger was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded to all our calls in a timely manner and answered all our questions. Andrew was truly committed to making the entire process flow as smoothly and successfully as possible.
Highly recommend the Emerald Group if you’re looking to buy a home! Emily and Andrew made our experience as first-time home buyers so simple from start to finish. They kept us informed and were available to answer any questions every step of the way. Can’t say enough good things about this team!
Let me just start off by saying this team made our house buying process stress free while I was stationed overseas, the communication was top tier and kept me in the loop for everything, helped me set everything up and if I had any questions they were sure to answer or find the answer for me! Trust me this is the team you want on your side, also they were able to negotiate one heck of a deal for my family and I !!!! Thank you to Enrique for being our Realtor and Emily & Andrew for helping us through the whole process!!!
You guys were great. Helpful advice and quick service through the whole process. Thanks Mongo, Emily and AJ for helping us move our condo in a market that seemed to be completely dead.
