Emerald is amazing and welcoming! I was in town for work and she was very accommodating to my schedule, plus she is an incredible instructor so I learned a few new moves. I will be back!

I've been coming to Emerald's studio for 3 months now and do Pilate's 2-3 times a week. I think I would be lying if I didn't say that this place has changed my life. First, Emerald's studio is literally pristine. Always clean, open, and has a calming atmosphere to it. I have never worried about catching something, and Emerald is happy to give you as much space and social interaction as you want.
