Emerald is a phenomenal instructor! Her knowledge and dedication her to studio makes every class a great experience. The smaller class sizes and supportive environment ensures that everyone gets individualized instruction, as well as creates a space for community. I have loved every class I have taken and I cannot recommend this studio enough!
You will not find someone who cares about you more in a group setting. Emerald is amazing. Choose her. She also has competitive pricing.
This is not a typical Pilates class. Emerald’s studio is intentionally small, which means you get real, individualized attention every single session. She is constantly observing, cueing, and adjusting to make sure you are moving safely and effectively. TL;DR: If you're considering coming here for supportive, enjoyable, all bodies inclusive, and adaptable movement, you've found the right place! Emerald is an absolute GEM of a human!
