This is not a typical Pilates class. Emerald’s studio is intentionally small, which means you get real, individualized attention every single session. She is constantly observing, cueing, and adjusting to make sure you are moving safely and effectively. TL;DR: If you're considering coming here for supportive, enjoyable, all bodies inclusive, and adaptable movement, you've found the right place! Emerald is an absolute GEM of a human! Emerald is amazing and welcoming! I was in town for work and she was very accommodating to my schedule, plus she is an incredible instructor so I learned a few new moves. I will be back!
