Terrible customer service over the phone. Called to inquire about availability and the staff on the phone was extremely rude. My first impression of this business is not good and if this is how you treat potential renters I couldn’t imagine how you treat your current renters.
Person in charge of rent collection Ann Ebert is extremely rude on the phone. Lacks compassion and empathy in regards to making rent payments on time after a job loss. Extremely disappointing !!
