We worked with Darren with Emerald. He was so easy to work with. He reached out to us regarding a home owners roof. Not only do they recommend what is best in the gutters side, but they also pay attention to details on the overall state of the home/ roof to make sure home owners are taken care of. The whole team at Gotcha Gutters is very friendly and professional. Communication is very important to me and I was happy with their prompt communication. Jamie did our gutter guard install and he worked tirelessly all day to complete the project. He cleaned out our gutters thoroughly before installing the guards, checked the slope of our gutters, resealed a leaking joint, and also redid one of the downspouts and it looks pretty cool! Everyone I dealt with, from the initial contact on Facebook Messenger, to Darren who came out to provide the free estimate, to the installers, was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
