I've lived here for 9 years, and in the last couple of years, things have changed 1. More water issuses. 9 days without hot water or laundry facility (no accountability from apartment management) 2. The gas line had to be rerouted over the building, which caused the hot water effect 3. Rerouting of hot water lines ( which was inconvenient during the month of December 2024 - January 2025.
