Beautiful modern townhomes. I highly recommend Cheryl in the sales office. She is not only trustworthy and kind, but extremely patient. She's very knowledgeable and really can make a possible stressful situation a lot easier for you.
Relatively recent buyer, I have been disappointed, angered, and left feeling hopeless about the future of this “community”. I would warn anyone to stay away and not buy a home from here. Ask the locals and they talk badly about it as well as residents who live here. Promises of construction to begin on amenities including dog park, common area, pickleball court, pool etc have not only not been kept up to this point, but have been completed abandoned by the company. I would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Amber Deforest for a mutual client. As a home inspector Amber made this entire process simple and easy. Did not harass me and make my job harder than all the sales reps I have worked with in the past. That's speaks alot about her integrity. Also the superintendent was great.
