Was never checked, refused to help just referred me as usual. Never listen to the doctors she refers you too. Gives me the same medication that she is aware of, that does not work. Have a history of the issues but she claims doesn’t know but all Information is sent to her. Absolutely would not refer this doctor office. She got loud with me so I returned the same attitude and her staff came in to help her which is confusing because she was the one being unprofessional as usual. I absolutely love Dr Chakravarty. She is the best physician I have had in years. She is kind and compassionate. Knowledgeable and thorough. And I am heartbroken she is leaving her practice at Ascension. I would love to stay with her, but I don't know where she will be practicing, and I have to stay in network. I am praying she will end up back with Ascension!
