Those doctors are nice but the nurses are rude and very disrespect the patient. I called them before i came. The nurse told me they don't have any space appointment to see the doctor, and told me I can come to wait if available. After I drove far away from my house almost 1 hour and 20mins. The front desk told me if you don't have appointment, you can't see the doctor. That's was really funny joke. If you want to make appointment for seeing doctor. You need to wait a least 6 weeks. My grandma has been coming here for years now and we’ve never had any issues. My grandma is taishanese and doesn’t understand mandarin or canto but thankfully they have people there who speak taishanese! They even call her directly to explain to her the blood test report. Truly grateful for the workers and doctor here :) P.S. the receptionist was super kind to find us a appointment ASAP when she heard my grandma had fell during a trip! Thank you!!
Was absolutely awful. Wendy the receptionist would not give me my referral’s or records. Then continue to bash my doctor who left dr Ross. I have left serval messages and never received a phone call. I am seeking legal consul for patient abondenment. Then Wendy was saying I could not get records with out switching my doctor to the doctors that are still there. I will never go back there. Ever since doc Ross left it has been nothing but problems.
Leaving comments on front desk receptionists... Those receptionists were unimaginably slow and lazy in their works, just kept me sitting and waiting for almost two hours. I was so disgusted and disappointed at their careless attitudes. Were they simply there to kill time and get paid for free? At the same time, they let all the late comers see the NP earlier than me. The late comers were all the Chinese speaking patients. Anyways, I will never come back to this place for good.
