The person who takes you through the eye measurements and scan put me in a position at the machine where I couldn't see the target. She would then tell me to look at it and got irritated that I had to slightly adjust to see it. Pick one. You can't put me in a position that I can't see it and not expect me to adjust when you tell me to look at it. This went on to the point where everyone in the office noticed how irritated we both were.
Stopped by Emerald Eye Care for an eye exam. Tried walking in first but they were booked so had to schedule a month out. It's inside Costco, which is nice, but the waiting area is tiny with just a few chairs. They do the prescreen right next to the waiting area (its all an open space) then they take you next door for the exam. Exam felt quick, almost like a conveyor belt with people lined up back to back. The staff was friendly and professional. I left with important data to help me make a decision.
It was fast. It was easy and I was able to walk over to the Costco eye care and ordered glasses right afterwards.
