My chipped tooth repaired failed after 6 months went back for a cleaning and was told I had a balance for the cleaning prior and they won’t redo the chip unless I purchased a custom teeth guard as they insist I grind my teeth at night like the sleep net to me .Beware all that glitters is gold .They seem to be all about the Money.IMO so that’s why the 2 star now .
if you are in union county, EMERALD DENTAL SPA is definitely your place! the front desk staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about insurance, and making an appointment was super quick and easy. i made appointments for both my husband (who begrudgingly agreed to go to the dentist after lots of peer pressure) and i. dr shivm shah immediately put us both at ease, explained everything in detail, and was very gentle. before the appointment was over, my husband was ready to make his next appointment. huge win!
Dr. Shivm Shah was an absolutely amazing dentist! He was able to squeeze a family member for an emergency visit and get her out of pain right away! We are very grateful for him. He was very calming, very warm, and pacified any nervousness she felt. He is very knowledgeable and a master of his craft. I recommend this dentist office to anyone interested in having great professional care. Dr. Shiv was extremely empathetic towards my immense tooth pain. He made several recommendations about a plan to help me with my tooth extractions. He wasn't focused on just cleaning and moving on to the next. I never felt like he was in a mad dash to get outta the room with me.
