As someone with major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist… these staff never cease to amaze me. From the front desk to the chair, you’re treated with kindness and explained every step very thoroughly. The staff are so attentive and thoughtful when it comes to those with certain worries. Any questions I ask are answered without judgement and easy to understand; and they can easily accomodate to many different kinds of people. I couldn’t recommend enough! Definitely give it a go. 🌸🫧
Dr Madaik is very kind and gentle with the patients specially with patients who are anxious and nervous about dental trips. Would highly recommend her for one's dental needs. It was worth the drive from the Eastern suburbs to her clinic! Thanks Dr Madaik and team!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Kiran and the staff. From the moment I sat down, she explained everything step by step in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. I usually get anxious at the dentist, but she really put me at ease and checked in throughout the appointment. She even offered breaks whenever I needed them, which made such a difference. Truly an outstanding dentist — highly recommend!
Due to a car accident many years ago I lost my teeth! So dentures were the way then !It also means no dentist visits! But recently I found a lump on my gum, & something told me to go to this dentist why -? Just a strong feeling! When I saw the add I thought yes go! It was a wonderful experience though a bit scary! But thankfully i so well looked after with calming respect , I was immediately sent to a specialists after an X-ray! The news at my age was wonderful,all ok at this stage!
