As someone with major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist… these staff never cease to amaze me. From the front desk to the chair, you’re treated with kindness and explained every step very thoroughly. The staff are so attentive and thoughtful when it comes to those with certain worries. Any questions I ask are answered without judgement and easy to understand; and they can easily accomodate to many different kinds of people. I couldn’t recommend enough! Definitely give it a go. 🌸🫧
I had such a great experience with Dr. Kiran and the staff. From the moment I sat down, she explained everything step by step in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. I usually get anxious at the dentist, but she really put me at ease and checked in throughout the appointment. She even offered breaks whenever I needed them, which made such a difference. Truly an outstanding dentist — highly recommend!
Dr Madaik is very kind and gentle with the patients specially with patients who are anxious and nervous about dental trips. Would highly recommend her for one's dental needs. It was worth the drive from the Eastern suburbs to her clinic! Thanks Dr Madaik and team!
I have nothing but praise for Dr.Kiran and her entire team. My experience from start to finish with my dental implant procedure was above expectations. She was gentle, caring & very professional the whole way through. I live nearly an hour away from her practice and happy to travel as there is no one I trust more moving forward. If anyone is looking for great value dental care, then Dr. Kiran is the one! 10/10.
