Recently went for a facial with my sister and we both had a lovely experience! All the staff we chatted with were so kind and most importantly, knowledgeable. The treatment left my skin super happy and clean. Excited to come back and build out a full skincare routine with the staff ❤️
Hidden fees and silver fish. Also experienced additional “hidden” fees after booking like other reviews. I was quoted 170.00 for 2 pedicures and explained it was a gift to attend together. Later upon arrival was told it was 220.00 for additional costs to sharing a room (opening a room divider) so we could see each other from the pedicure chairs. I brought a friend in to have our nails done and it was such a lovely experience! The nail techs were super sweet and did a great job. Would definitely come back!
This was our first spa experience with my wife and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was great and the staff was so kind and helpful. We will definetely go again.
I have been a client for a proximity 4 years and had always had great service. I wanted my husband to experience the same joy of having a pedicure and the massage that went with it, however, he was hesitant to do so. When I was encouraged by the Spa coordinator that we could do this together I was delighted. My husband agreed! We enjoyed two spa treatments together as a couple. A wonderful experience.
