This was our first spa experience with my wife and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was great and the staff was so kind and helpful. We will definetely go again.
I have been a client for a proximity 4 years and had always had great service. I wanted my husband to experience the same joy of having a pedicure and the massage that went with it, however, he was hesitant to do so. I had a great experience today! Booked same day, but due to an error on the system my appointment was lost when I arrived.(fixed now) Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. It was late in the day and no one was available for my appointment. She Contacted Tanya who came down straight away to do the appointment. Very professional, proactive and friendly team 👏
This is based on a pedicure from Nicole back on August 2nd with Nicole- I've booked this pedicure while I was on my third trimester of pregnancy, and wanted to treat myself! I had a moment to fret about the parking before I realized there was one near the front. The establishment was small, but I felt comfortable, the waiting room organized. My favorite day spa. I go for the pedi/foot care. Jessica is the best!! They have an amazing receptionist who is very helpful with questions about skin care. I pass on cruise spas and fancy over the top priced spas because Emerald has it all. I highly recommend Emerald.
