Just moved in 6/2025. Management, Jodi, made everything so easy! Both her and Mike from maintenance are so friendly and welcoming. It’s very quiet here and so well kept up. Our apartment was so beautifully cleaned, painted and had new carpet when we got the keys. My dog loves the dog park and the trails right across the parking lot. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.
After two years of living here, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It is not worth it. I moved in to see there was a completely moldy closet door. They were quick with taking care of it but definitely invest In Air filters if you’re moving here!!! the amount of problems within this place has been annoying. At one point, the washer stained an entire load of laundry with black stuff. I will say they were pretty quick to fix that too but it was sad, had some rlly nice clothes in there. Just moved in! Jodi was a very helpful the last few months helping with our move, the process was clear and organized with great communication. We felt welcomed to the Emerald Creek community and look forward to living here!
