Jodi in the office was so amazing to work with! these apartments are spacious, inviting, and cozy. I really enjoyed this place. 5 stars all the way!
Move in day was as easy as it has ever been for me! We were greeted and shown the apartment by Jodi. She was super nice with answering any of our questions and just making us feel like this was the right choice. The apartment was perfect for my sisters and I’s first place together! Convenient location for both of our jobs and also love the elevator made moving everything so much easier :))

Jodi has been a delight to work with and has made every step of the moving process smooth and easy. We love our new apartment and are so glad to be a part of this great community!
I greatly enjoyed my time in the apartment complex. The location in Traverse City is great, the nature reserve is beautiful, and the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Maintenance is also prompt and efficient, and every unit has private laundry units. Overall I highly recommend this complex, and would have stayed longer if I wasn’t leaving Traverse City for work reasons.
