I had an amazing experience with Alex. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in, and the salon has a beautiful, calm, non-intimidating atmosphere with great lighting. Alex instantly understood what I wanted, took her time, explained her process, and never made my hair feel like a “problem.” I love the result and can’t recommend her or the salon enough.
Michelle is seriously the best! I’ve been to Emerald Collective a few times now, and it’s such a cute salon! I went to Michelle this last week for the first time and she seriously did the best job! I am beyond happy with my hair, and she is so sweet! I had a vision and she killed it! If you need a salon in Franklin, I highly recommend Michelle at Emerald Collective!!
Such a great experience at this salon! To start, the owner is so kind and helpful. I was wanting some color in my hair but was relatively inexperienced and uneducated about the different options. Michelle did my color and she was so helpful and fantastic! She explained everything to me and ultimately did such an amazing job!! I am extremely happy and will be coming back! Thank you guys!
