The clinical staff were courteous and professional. However, my experience with management was disappointing. Communication regarding agreed compensation was inconsistent, and despite services being completed as discussed, payment remains unresolved. I hope this situation is addressed appropriately in the future. I would encourage others to ensure all terms are clearly documented before proceeding.
TMS is a very different yet effective tool in the world of therapy for PTSD, anxiety and sleep disorders. I have struggled for many years with these symptoms after my combat deployments in the Marine Corps and for the first time in over 15 years I have been able to sleep well without the aid of medication. The girls here were amazing and always considerate of my comfort and peace. I will do whatever I can to come back when I need this treatment again
After completing the TMS regimen and a 3 week extension I feel so much better. I have been able to get off of meds for the first time in 5 years. The staff here are so nice and incredibly helpful. Thank you Emerald Coast TMS for the opportunity to heal.

This was the best experience I’ve had. The staff is just amazing! They are the nicest people ever!! I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you have any questions or need to switch appointments they are just always on it. Thank you guys again. The treatment itself has helped me a lot in many ways. Better sleep, less agitation, and more focus. Definitely something to look into.
