When Ms. McKenzie tells you "good" when you tell them you won't return, you know you've made the right decision to walk out of their office. No, I'm not 1 out of 10 of their patients who proves difficult though the receptionist made sure to tell me that when I asked if they treat all their patients that way. This has to be the rudest Dr's office I have ever dealt with. I had questions about my referral and the women who answers the phone said they no longer take HMO due to other Doctors not knowing what they are doing and not doing the paper work correctly which causes her extra work. She even screamed at me " said you can not force me to take it and we don't"and slammed the phone down. I will be sure to let my Dr know what was said and not to use them anymore. Was glad to see Amber there, she did my sleep study yrs ago, she has and always is, professional and sympathetic, easy to talk too.
This was an amazing experience. The rooms have a home feel to it. The staff was courteous and attentive. For this to be a sleep study, the experience was incredible!
