I hesitate to put a negative critique on here because of the potential backlash I could get from the management company. But this management company has dropped the ball on several different occasions. I chose Emerald Coast by chance they have a very good easy search site. They were very patient and allowed me to use the site for a very extended time. They kept in contact and were always willing to answer questions. I finally was ready and was contacted by LaDonna Braidlow. Wow did I get lucky. What a professional response and client care. In a matter of days she found and assisted me finding a perfect home. Her client service was above and beyond.
