Please don't let this woman Stevie McNees at emerald Coast property Manager manager property. She does not screen the tenants properly She will destroy your property I had a tenant in there for almost 2 years She let him put shells up all over the place there's holes in the walls She let him put cameras up It was left unpainted filthy dirty with holes in the walls shelves up everywhere cameras post it duct tapes taped over all the air vents some mold was growing stove was so black and filthy Do not let this woman destroy you... read more

Don’t do it. They are on the blacklist on base as a rental company to not use! They are dishonest, they have fake reviews in their page, from their employees and friends to increase their rating. Absolute nightmare!!!
