My experience with this company has been terrible. They do not answer their phones and do not return messages. My interaction with Melissa has been a nightmare. When you can finally get ahold of her she comes off as arrogant and never follows up. Save your time and money and don't use this company. They're incompetent and have zero customer service.
We took over the termite bond that Emerald Coast Pest had on our home for 14 years. Did everything Chris told us on inspections then when we had a termite problem they told us that part of our home had never been treated unbeknown to us and hard to believe they would treat a partial home. Then they said it was water leaks that was our problem. This is a terrible company will not accept responsibility for termite problems! No ⭐️
I have an incredibly long and thorough review posted elsewhere but it wont fit here so I'll just leave you with this: Terrible customer service. Even worse bookkeeping as they can’t seem to bill their customers to GET PAID. Then when they do show up they talk out of their a** and don’t accept responsibility for anything and blame the post office.
If you like professionalism and quality customer service, do NOT use Emerald Coast Pest Control. The receptionist Melissa is rude, unprofessional and wouldn’t know good customer service if it was standing right in front of her. She claims to be the owner, but I find that extremely hard to believe. She never returns phone calls and cannot complete simple tasks.
