My grandchild appointment was scheduled for Monday 10/06/25. I called a week ahead to see if there was anything I would need to bring. I was told that we were good to go. Dr Hensley came highly recommended. It's been a consistent headache dealing with him, we have brought up multiple issues that have been happening for a couple years and have constantly been brushed off. Now my child has an issue that will require SURGICAL intervention all because Dr. Hensley didn't take the issue seriously whatsoever and never did so much as send a referral. We are a military family that moved here from Louisiana. I had my twins at 31 weeks and loved our doctor in Louisiana. I was so scared to find a new doctor that understood the boys medical needs and was kind. Dr Tuttle came recommended. Her and the office exceeded our expectations and helped calm our nerves. I’m a nurse and I can tell you she has great bedside manner and always follows the most up to date evidence based practices for children. Which I really appreciate. Dr Tuttle has been our pediatrician for about a year. She is PHENOMENAL! Probably the best pediatrician I have ever worked with. She LISTENS to all your concerns and does not brush you off. She gives sound medical advice and ultimately lets you (the parent) decide. As much as she loves kids, she goes out of her way to hear, validate and give feedback to the parent. (Also she has great memory, she remembers little things that are not usually charted - that speaks volumes about her bedside manner). Her staff is also very sweet... read more
