Emerald Coast OB/GYN, is The Best. I would Recommend them to Anyone. I first started seeing Mrs.Debbie Ivy, She's a Great Provider ,Very Helpful.
I have been going to Dr. Ingram for years and have always had excellent care ( I am a registered nurse with years of experience, including GYN and OB). The office is big, but very well laid out and organized. Staff is always very friendly and remembers me year after year. I've never had a phone call not returned, even when it wasn't necessary and I am not forced to use the portal for communication if I don't choose to.....I can always call and get an answer the same day. Exceptional service by all the physicians and staff.
Never had a problem with them for years. Dr. Ingram delivered 2 of my children but now they seem to have grown past the point of caring about there "customers" (not even patients). I got over charged seeing one of theirs nurses that rushed through my visit, literally twice what I was previously charged for seeing a doctor. Support staff couldn't care less. Definitely would not suggest if you want a facility that will take time and cares about patients.
I chose Emerald Coast for my first pregnancy and they were wonderful! The staff is exceptional from the nurses to the receptionists. Tammi Mott was my OB and she answered all questions and never rushed through apointments. She made us very comfortable and was far more than I ever could have expected! I would reccomend Emerald Coast OBGYN to ANYONE!!!!
