Dr. Ross was great and treated us the way we expected and the appt was great but for the FRONT OFFICE staff! Very unprofessional in their demeanor and the way they speak to patients. It seems as though they forgot that people don't come to see a Neurologist because they feel great and unfortunately, there isn't a neurologist on every street corner
