I must to tell you, I have only completed about 8 Neuro Feedback sessions under Pam’s direction, and my brain has already made wonderful strides in the lacking areas of my mind that I suffered - anxiety and depression. From the onset, I was quite skeptical about this process/treatment, doubtful of feeling any benefits from it, if any, would be minimal, if at all. I was so wrong, it WORKS! Do not hesitate to experience Pam’s Neuro Feedback process/protocols. You won’t be sorry you did!
Very productive... im able to focus on my work like i used to, am calmer and less obsessed with exercising and constantly moving. Hope it lasts!
With neurofeedback, I was able to achieve mental health goals like boundary setting and letting go of old patterns. The staff and Pamela are warm and friendly. I wish insurance would pay for this treatment more readily. I had to stop going because I couldn't afford to continue. For those who are able, this was a highly effective method.
