By mistake I gave a one star review due my inability to find the report. I apologize! Dan was a good guy to talk to and very professional about his work.
Daniel got us on the schedule quickly. We were going from a builders insurance policy to a homeowners and he worked with us every step of the way to complete the proper steps needed. Friendly and competent. Came highly recommended from our insurance agent as well. Will definitely use him again.

DO NOT use this company! We suffered significant loss due to mold issue in the HVAC closet that they didn't report on their inspection report. They could've at least mentioned it, but no.
Daniel was professional and thorough, I would recommend him for any home inspection!
