Awesome customer service and awesome florist. Called them very last minute to help us with an arrangement and they jumped right in an agreed to make it. Very beautiful bouquet too! Will continue to use them now!
I had such a wonderful experience with Emerald Coast Flowers & Gifts! They created the most beautiful floral arrangements for our celebration, and everything turned out even better than I imagined. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and artfully arranged — you could really see the attention to detail and creativity that went into every bouquet. I received so many compliments from my guests! Highly recommend this florist who truly cares about their craft and goes above and beyond.
Not reliable. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on a specific date specified on my order form. They didn’t call to inform me they couldn’t make the delivery as agreed. I would’ve canceled the order if they informed me they couldn’t make the agreed-upon delivery date, Instead, they delivered it 24 hours too late. Incompetent and inconsiderate company
Today is the 27th and flowers that were delivered on the 17th are still beautiful! Longest lasting ones for us.
