13 years and Now I hate it, not the Doc. He's great. Just the rude uncompassionate nurse they have.
Dr. Reyes is amazing, and his staff was fantastically helpful. They helped get me to the neurosurgeon I needed to see. Within 2 weeks, I was able to have the surgery I required to regain use of my arm and hand. Thank you so much, Dr. Reyes and Staff!
I give Dr. Reyes a 5 but the new management I give them a 1. They do not resubmit insurance claims and they owe me 150.00 and no one wants to discuss it so I stopped going there and I'm on blood pressure medicine and almost out. I have white coat syndrome and anxiety and Dr. Reyes is amazing and makes me feel so comfortable but the staff needs work!
