Worst vet experience ever, will not be back. Our dog has anxiety and the doctors refuse to see him because he is scared and they are scared of him. Not only that but I called with an emergency and they never called me back with what to do or if they could see us. Just awful, do not recommend! Alex, one of the techs, was the only person who actually cared about our dog.
I took my Chi-poo there last week to have them treat him for an ear infection. They took the time not only to treat him, but also to show me the appropriate way to take care of his ears. I appreciated the time they spent with us and in showing me how to clean his ears and will deff be taking him back to this vet!
i took a healthy kitten in to be neutered to days later came down with a virus, i call they did seem concerned i tallked lady from aminal protection that set up the appointment she called back and said ther was a virus going around but still no call back animal hospital now my other cat has it now not sure if either will make it. sad they don't worry enough to use better cleaning and precaution
Veterinarian literally rushed to put a persons lost pet down ( microchipped no less) after giving very uninformed opinion about the pets condition. Didn't look for or find the microchip and hasn't released the pets remains to the actual owner. Very negligent.
Horrible facility. Either too incompetent to find a microchip or too lazy. Puts down people's PETS before trying to contact the owner. Would not recommend.
