Efficient professional and friendly staff
Fantastic service, scheduled my emergency repair same day, fair pricing, couldn't ask for more.
Workers were very hard working and pleasant. They had a very difficult repair. I felt i was overcharged because of losing freon 2 separate occasions which made it impossible for the job to be totally completed for customer satisfaction. I could of been given a discount on the final freon application. Yet i am satisfied by the efforts these men displayed. I will call Emerald Coast in the future if needing service. Thank you! If I could give 10 stars I would give 10+ stars all the way from the wonderful helpful voice of Joanna on the other end of the phone during a stressful time with no AC to an absolutely amazing technician Tom Dixon who “ knows his stuff”. Tom goes completely went of his way to “do what it takes” to get our system up and running. With the customer satisfaction that Emerald Coast Heating and Air shows all the way around from the front desk to the field I would NOT have anyone else touch my equipment, by the way I even signed up... read more
