I’m new to the area and recently had issues with my A/C (in mid-July, of course!). I called another company first, and they told me my blower motor was broken. They quoted me an outrageous price, but since it was over 90 degrees outside, I felt desperate to get it fixed. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Emerald Coast Air. Dan came out late into the evening to make sure i had air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough! Thank you for doing such a great job, you are the best!

My property management company requested Emerald Coast Air diagnose and provide a quote on my HVAC unit. She called to tell me they said the compressor was not working and the unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $6600. I had another company come for a second opinion only to find out that 1) Emerald Coast Air's tech had pried open the locked closet instead of getting a key, removed the dead bolt, and then did not replace the lock when he was done 2) The compressor was working just fine 3) The repair was to flush the wat... read more
