My property management company requested Emerald Coast Air diagnose and provide a quote on my HVAC unit. She called to tell me they said the compressor was not working and the unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $6600. The service I received from this company was outstanding. The technician knew what he was doing no questions asked and worked with my schedule. I would always want the same technician working on my AC and I would recommend him to anyone that has an AC issue. Thank you so much for everything that was done I cannot thank my tech enough.
Fantastic customer service from Emerald Coast AC. Dan came to our house within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. Carol checked on several options to fix our AC needs and registers the new unit immediately. Caleb and Anthony showed up early to complete the work on a day that the weather was less than ideal. They were very courteous. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.
