One of the two guys that thatched my lawn this summer hit a post on my deck. Owner came and looked at it and agreed that they hit it along with the long black scuff mark on my post.. Had his contractor look at it and they said it had had been damaged before the service. He told me that I was on my own in regards to fixing my deck via email and not in person!! Very disappointed with this company and will never do business with them again!! Thatching service was great but the deck repairs were not.
Emerald should be ashamed to be in the snow removal business! Look at the photos attached to see how they pile snow in front of driveways and leave huge piles of snow in the middle of the street for days, and this is in a senior community (Anguishire association). Hopefully nobody has a head on collision trying to go around the giant snow pile in the middle of the street, I can’t believe the city and local police department allow you to get away with this!
