I first heard about Emerald a couple years ago when I read about their company employees delivering cases of bottled water to folks standing in the sun waiting for an event at SCSU. I thought, "I want to do business with a company like that!" I've done business with several other lawn care companies for lawn treatment, but my disappointment is that they're here and gone. Great guys and great service
Complete lack of professionalism, tried contacting this company numerous times by phone call, email and letter with total disregard to the fact their equipment shattered my car window. They refuse to take accountability of the situation and do the right thing. The worker was riding a mower and texting on the phone at the same time, running over things they shouldn’t and not paying attention.
