Rented through emerald realty, once we arrived in the gated community the house was very clean, with brand new towels, and all. The realtors are very prompt with responses and requests from their tenants, throughout the entire lease, and after by providing necessary documents for future rentals. Thank you so much for helping us during our Hawaii rental. Will definitely ask them for future Hawaii rentals again.
Agent that helped us was very entitled and opinionated about the wrong things. This brokerage should run more like a business and less like a sorority. You would think since it was family run it would feel a little more welcoming. This outfit definitely pre- judges their clients instead of listening and identifying objectives. They were also very unprofessional in working with other agents when we saw them interact together. Not sure if they are Hawaiian Royalty or just act like it.
