Incident with Pickup Order and Store Device Issue On July 29th, around 3 PM, I experienced a significantly frustrating situation while attempting to pick up my order yesterday. The employee at the this location was rude and unhelpful, stating they couldn't assist me because their iPad had been stolen. Person working today at 1115am 6/27 was so insanely rude. You were out of Açaí which it didn’t say on GRUBHUB and when trying to replace she just kept saying that I have to pay extra. Like excuse me? You all made a mistake and you are throwing a fuss about a dollar? She was also just so rude about it. The other emerald city smooth on cap hill is so much nicer than this one.
