Just go to the other ECS on Broadway. There was a sign that said “be back in 5” and we waited way longer than 5 minutes. At least two other customers tried waiting too before they left because it was taking too long. When we finally were let in I tried to order something and replace the whey protein because I have an allergy. The employee refused and said they’d have to charge me. Even for a substitution. Smoothie was just okay, couldn’t even taste the protein powder which was good though. Paying almost $12 for a smoothie of this size is kinda nuts though… and it wasn’t that standout good.
